Trainee Marketing Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Marketing Manager to support marketing campaigns, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute to business growth while developing essential management and leadership skills.

• Support the delivery of face-to-face marketing campaigns and contribute to campaign performance.
• Represent leading UK brands through professional customer interactions at residential and event-based campaigns.
• Participate in structured training covering marketing strategies, communication, sales, and leadership.
• Contribute to team meetings and training sessions focused on improving campaign results.
• Develop customer engagement and acquisition techniques to support brand awareness and business growth.
• Assist with coordinating daily campaign activities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor individual performance and apply feedback to strengthen marketing effectiveness.
• Develop management and leadership skills, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as performance progresses.
