We are currently seeking rock star CREW LEADERS for our growing company! We are looking for hardscapers, landscape installers, paverlayers, brick layers, anyone with landscape construction experience and the ability to run sites as the crew foreman. LOOKING FOR LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN!

Building dream backyards for customers which includes but is not limited to:
Retaining walls, artificial grass, decks, fences, sod install, paving stones, walkways, driveways, excavation, planting, etc. Work on 3-4 trades, work and learn, concrete, landscaping, carpentry, masonry, planting, artificial turf, etc.

We provide hardscaping (designing, building), gardening & planting, as well as snow & ice management services to our customers. Alright, so we are fun..that’s great, but who are we looking for to fit into this tight knit team which aims for only the very best team players? Well, we are looking for people with:

• A driver's license who are comfortable driving pickup trucks. A license is not mandatory but is preferred.
• Ability to drive trailer, 10-14 ft
• Experience with landscape construction: 2 years, experience running a crew of 1-3 people (required for this role)
• Preferably proficient in multiple aspects of the industry (But we're willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to learn quickly and follow directions.
• Eagerness to learn the craft (from the very best).
• Reliability & time management skills.
• Efficiency & strong work ethic.
• Plans to stay long-term and grow with us.
• Helpful.
• Get things done/reliable
• Constantly improving/Learning.
• Does the right thing.
• Integrity Confident but humble.

• You must have a valid driver’s license
• You must demonstrate full capability to run a crew independently
• Bonus is paid out after successful completion of the trial period

If you don’t like to work hard, aren’t a team player and/or are a negative person, this job isn’t for you. Natural selection will weed these types of candidates out very quickly.
