Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for commercial and residential properties

• Review and prepare monthly and annual financial reports

• Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities

• Handle CAM reconciliations and operating cost recoveries

• Mentor and supervise the accounting staff effectively

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of accounting experience required

• Experience in property management or multi-entity environments

• Proven track record in staff supervision or mentoring

• Strong analytical, financial reporting skills, and Excel proficiency

• CPA designation is preferred or equivalent experience
