Position: Full-Time Accounting Clerk at Harper Grey

Harper Grey LLP is hiring a full-time Accounting Clerk in Vancouver. This exciting role prioritizes precision in financial tasks and emphasizes teamwork within the Accounting department.

As part of a dynamic team, you will report to the Controller, managing payments and vendor statements. The suitable candidate will possess at least two years of experience in accounts payable and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help streamline our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and ensure accuracy of daily financial deposits

• Prepare payments via cheque, electronic methods, and more

• Address vendor statements and discrepancies promptly

• Lead onboarding processes for new Accounting staff

• Enhance accounting efficiencies through process improvements

Requirements:

• 2+ years in accounts payable or administrative roles

• Understanding of basic financial principles

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with accounting software, particularly 3E

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
