As a Senior Accountant at Northland Properties Corporation, you will report directly to the Controller within the Hotels Division. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle accounting tasks effectively

• Prepare monthly financial and reporting statements

• Collaborate on accounting issues with management

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations accurately

• Assist in audits and taxation processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is a must

• CPA designation or equivalent qualifications

• Significant experience in full-cycle accounting roles

• Solid understanding of GAAP principles

• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel software
