At A&W Food Services of Canada, you will handle high-volume customer payments and assist with franchisee billings. This role, requiring a minimum of two years of accounting experience, emphasizes process optimization within Net Suite. You'll be integral in supporting the finance team while collaborating to address efficiency gaps and enhance reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of customer payments and batch remittances

• Resolve payment discrepancies proactively and manually

• Collaborate with management to streamline accounting workflows

• Assist team members with ad-hoc financial duties

• Support ongoing process automation initiatives within Net Suite

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education and 2 years of accounting experience

• Familiarity with Excel, Word, and accounting software

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• Net Suite and SAP Concur experience is an asset

• Experience with AI productivity tools preferred
