We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk with up to two years of related experience. You will handle multi-faceted tasks such as bank reconciliations, posting payments in Entrata, and managing vendor invoices. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for trust accounts
• Process tenant payments in Entrata accurately
• Post invoices and payments promptly
• Assist with journal entries and financial transactions
• Manage property tax and utility account documentation
Requirements:
• Up to 2 years accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Understanding of accounts payable and receivable principles
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar software
• Proficiency in high-volume data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Leverage your accounting knowledge to support effective financial operations in property management.
