Position: Senior Accounting Manager at Nchʼḵaý

Take a leadership role in driving financial excellence at Nchʼḵaý as the Senior Accounting Manager. Oversee full-cycle accounting, month-end close processes, and intercompany transactions for a multi-entity portfolio.

As the Accounting Manager, you'll report to the Controller and manage comprehensive accounting operations, ensuring both accuracy and compliance with IFRS. You will review complex journal entries, lead the year-end audit process, and implement process improvements while mentoring a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting and maintain chart of accounts

• Ensure compliance with IFRS for financial statements

• Conduct month-end close and intercompany reconciliations

• Lead year-end audit readiness and respond to auditor queries

• Identify process improvements for efficiency and scalability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation required

• Minimum five years of accounting experience

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Advanced Excel abilities and financial software experience
