is looking for a detail-oriented
Full-Time and Part-Time Accounting Clerk
to join our accounting team.

As Accounting Clerk, your job encompasses some of the following:

• Responsible for processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable invoices
• Ensure invoices are authorized, mathematically correct, pricing is verified and purchases are reconciled
• Accurately preform data entry with attention to detail in a timely manner to ensure compliance with established deadlines
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
• Establish and maintain required vendor & project files
• Carry out other accounting related tasks & provide administrative support as required

Pay:CA $20.00-CA $23.00 per hour

Additionally, we’d like to see these things in you:

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common software
• You have high standards when it comes to details and problem solving
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You can work independently but also enjoy team collaboration

Experience and

Education:

• Post-secondary education in accounting preferred or equivalent work experience
• Grocery or warehouse experience would be considered an asset
