Position: Accounting Clerk Contract at A&W
Advance your accounting career with A&W Food Services in North Vancouver as a Contract Accounting Clerk. You will focus on cash applications and improve payment resolution processes.

This full-time role provides an opportunity to engage with high-volume accounting tasks, including processing customer payments and supporting franchisee billings. You will work closely with the finance team, address payment issues directly, and drive system optimizations within Net Suite. Your proactive approach will be key to enhancing the department's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of payments and manage batch remittances

• Manually resolve any payment discrepancies and cash applications

• Collaborate with financial reporting manager on workflow improvements

• Provide ad-hoc support to finance team members

• Optimize processes for better automation and accuracy

Requirements:

• At least Grade 12 education and 2 years of relevant experience

• Familiar with Excel, Word, and accounting software

• Strong ability to communicate and build relationships

• Net Suite and SAP Concur knowledge is an asset

• Proficiency with AI productivity tools beneficial
