Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

• Ensure timely payments and manage accounts receivable

• Prepare invoices and payroll entries consistently

• Reconcile credit card accounts and bank statements

• Handle month-end and year-end financial activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience

• Strong Excel skills and data management

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
