Full-Time Billing and Collections Coordinator

In this role, you will coordinate all facets of billing and collections for one of British Columbia’s leading law firms. Reporting to the Manager of Finance, you will ensure timely invoicing, manage accounts receivable, and support billing procedures, contributing significantly to the firm's operational success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and send client invoices continuously

• Actively manage account receivables and follow up

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on inquiries

• Utilize e-billing systems for invoice submission

• Document all billing information in the firm's systems

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of electronic billing processes is advantageous

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities

• Proficiency with Aderant and Microsoft Office products

• Commitment to confidentiality in financial matters
