Experienced Senior Accountant Position

Location: West Vancouver

Take charge of accounting operations and compliance as a Senior Accountant focused on multiple entities. Drive accurate financial reporting while mentoring upcoming talent.

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with extensive experience in full-cycle accounting and a strong background in IFRS and project accounting. In this role, you will not only be responsible for generating consolidated financial statements but also for analyzing data that impacts key business decisions. Your leadership will guide junior staff as they navigate accounting complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily accounting tasks, ensuring IFRS compliance

• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Analyze and report on financial performance for decision-making

• Maintain project accounting standards for financial oversight

• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

• Minimum 4 years in accounting roles

• Proficient in IFRS and financial regulations

• Experienced in junior staff mentorship

• Strong skills in Excel and accounting tools
