You will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring payments move smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and code accounts payable invoices accurately

• Organize and scan both electronic and physical invoices

• Coordinate invoice approvals and confirm authorizations

• Process accounts receivable receipts and maintain records

• Prepare various payment runs including cheques and wires

Requirements:

• Experience using Oracle Cloud is essential

• At least 1 year in a similar finance support role

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy

• Comfortable with spreadsheets for data analysis

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
