Position: Finance Assistant at ICBC

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor payments and purchase orders accurately

• Review and validate invoices against purchase orders

• Analyze and resolve discrepancies with accounts

• Maintain accurate financial records in the system

• Respond to inquiries from vendors and clients promptly

Requirements:

• Recent accounts payable experience within last 6 months

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Familiarity with SAP environments is preferred

• Ability to provide excellent customer service

• Detail-oriented with accurate data processing skills
