Join Woodfibre Management Ltd. as a Cost Specialist for the LNG Project near Squamish, BC. Utilize your expertise in subcontractor cost reviews and T&M contracts to drive project financial compliance.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Specialist with experience in cost engineering or quantity surveying. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of focused experience in reviewing subcontractor costs under Time & Material contracts. You will work closely with project teams to ensure financial transparency and effective cost control across projects in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate subcontractor cost submissions accurately

• Monitor committed costs against budget projections regularly

• Ensure compliance of invoices with contract requirements

• Prepare detailed cost reports for stakeholders

• Communicate findings clearly to project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of cost engineering experience

• Strong knowledge of Canadian construction costs

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management systems

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
