Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll in ADP for Canada and the US

• Calculate piece-rate pay and comply with overtime rules

• Accurately calculate and report sales commissions

• Reconcile payroll with general ledger and support audits

• Maintain employee payroll data and address inquiries

Requirements:

• 5+ years of payroll experience required

• Experience with Canadian and US payroll is essential

• PCP/CPM or CPP designation is an asset

• Strong skills in ADP and Excel/Sheets

• Familiarity with AI tools for payroll efficiency
