Key Responsibilities:

• Book appointments and follow-up visits for clients

• Maintain and print daily schedules for healthcare providers

• Answer phone inquiries and direct clients appropriately

• Manage and organize patient charts within the system

• Support patient transportation arrangements as necessary

Requirements:

• Grade 12 completion with two years of related experience

• Familiarity with medical terminology required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to organize and manage a busy workload

• Physical capability to carry out role responsibilities
