Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Home Health and Mental Health staff

• Handle switchboard and reception duties efficiently

• Perform word processing and data entry tasks

• Type reports and documents accurately from notes

• Address general inquiries related to Community Health programs

Requirements:

• Grade Twelve education with Office Administration Certificate

• One year of related experience or two years in a similar role

• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software

• Ability to keyboard 5,000 keystrokes per hour

• Strong communication skills for client inquiries
