This front-line role involves acting as a Screening Officer, adjudicating bylaw disputes, and managing complex public inquiries. The ideal candidate will perform clerical duties like processing business and dog licenses, handling parking tickets, and reconciling accounts. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be vital in delivering community services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process reports for adjudication in bylaw disputes

• Respond to public inquiries via phone and email

• Manage business and dog license applications

• Handle invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation

• Collaborate with various departments for operational support

Requirements:

• Knowledge of municipal bylaws and regulations

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Tempest software

• Administrative and recordkeeping background

• Bylaw enforcement experience preferred

• Valid police information check required
