We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing and Contracts Specialist to join a fast-paced organization. This pivotal role will work closely with the Operations team to develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement for both capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) expenditures. The ideal candidate possesses a strong negotiation mindset, strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship‑building skills. A key requirement is solid, hands‑on experience on EPCM capital construction projects.

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain solutions for CAPEX and OPEX, leveraging best practices.

• Lead competitive tendering processes (e.g., RFP), including bid analysis and summary recommendations.

• Execute day-to-day sourcing, market analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex contractual terms and conditions, working closely with Legal and Finance.

• Lead strategic procurement initiatives and ensure contractual agreements reflect all negotiated terms.

• Provide subject matter expertise and leadership on supply chain management to internal stakeholders.

• Combined operational and strategic supply chain management experience.

• Experience in capital construction projects, with a specific understanding of managing complex construction contracts.

• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in strategic sourcing and contract management.

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract law, competitive bidding, negotiation, and contracts administration.

• Completion of the SCMP or CPP designation.

• Experience in heavy manufacturing, construction, or transportation sectors.
