Business Analyst - HRIS

9-month contract Business Analyst role with an industry leader located in North Vancouver.
Contract HRIS Business Analyst role.
Working with a close-knit team acting as a key connector across the organization.
Ad-hoc days on site required in their North Vancouver office.
What & Why  We are looking for an HRIS Business Analyst to work with a tight knit team as they embark on a transformation program. In this role you’ll support their People Systems team as they expand and modernize Workday capabilities across the organization. This role will partner closely with People & Culture stakeholders to assess current processes, facilitate workshops and interviews, document business requirements, and help define future-state processes.

You will play a key role in process mapping, gap analysis, and improving documentation to support the evolution of their Workday environment within a shared enterprise platform.

They are a local Vancouver organization that has expanded globally and is looking to continue their growth. They have an office in North Vancouver, and you should be able to head into their office once in a while
You  You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
2+ years of Business Analyst experience focused on requirements gathering, process mapping, and business documentation.
Experience working with HR, People & Culture, or HRIS teams, with an understanding of employee lifecycle and people processes.
Strong facilitation, interview, and workshop skills, with the ability to elicit requirements and document current and future-state workflows.
Exposure to Workday or other HR systems, including supporting process improvements, system enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
Compensation  This role pays between $55-70 per hour.
