As the Director of DTC Planning & Allocations, you'll be responsible for managing North America's retail and eCommerce planning strategies while leading cross-functional teams. This hybrid role encourages collaboration and data-driven decision-making to meet business goals effectively. Your strategic outlook will play a crucial role in advancing planning capabilities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning for DTC channels
• Formulate strategic inventory plans aligned with objectives
• Establish targets for sales and profit margins
• Drive o9 platform optimization and automation
• Lead continuous transformation of planning processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in merchandise planning roles
• 5+ years' experience in leadership positions
• Expertise in inventory and demand planning
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
• Strong strategic and operational leadership skills
