Position: Experienced Site Superintendent Opportunity

Excel in your construction career with Coastal Mountain Excavations as a Site Superintendent. Manage site activities, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on schedule and budget.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of construction operations, acting as CME's on-site representative while navigating contractual obligations and ensuring quality production. Your leadership will guide the workforce, and your communication skills will foster collaboration among engineers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate CME’s safety standards at all times

• Plan, control, and evaluate project timelines and budgets

• Maintain and update project schedules and documentation

• Collaborate with management to finalize Change Orders

• Facilitate timely material orders and logistics

Requirements:

• 5-10 years civil/excavation experience required

• Engineering technologist or equivalent qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities

• Capable of proactive risk management

• Ability to adapt to changing project needs
