Integrated Construction Specialist at PCL Constructors

At PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc., we seek an Integrated Construction Technology Specialist based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. This role is pivotal to enhancing project workflows through innovative virtual construction methods.

You will work closely with project teams to create and manage virtual models and advocate for the adoption of construction technologies. Your expertise will aid in ensuring model accuracy and coordination, thus significantly improving project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate virtual models from plans and specifications

• Oversee the coordination of design deliverables

• Collaborate with project teams to enhance workflows

• Assist in model compliance checking with estimating

• Lead the processing of project RFIs

Requirements:

• Degree, diploma or certificate in construction-related field

• 2-4 years of construction experience

• 1-2 years in Virtual Design and Construction

• Competence in creating VDC content

• Ability to communicate effectively with trade partners
