BA Blacktop Ltd. is on the lookout for an experienced Grade Foreperson to oversee construction work at various locations. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, technical expertise, and an eye for detail. You will manage work orders, schedule crew tasks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining high quality in deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all necessary information is available before work starts

• Organize and instruct the crew daily

• Monitor both production rates and material usage

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

• Train crew members and newcomers effectively

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of utilities and construction specifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Effective leadership and training skills

• Traffic Control Person Training and WHMIS

• Experience with heavy machinery operations preferred
