As a Safety Advisor at Van Pile, you will lead safety initiatives in a hands-on role, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including WorkSafeBC. Your responsibilities will involve conducting site inspections, delivering safety training, and implementing risk control measures. Work closely with project teams to promote a culture where safety is a shared priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance HSE programs and initiatives

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety assessments

• Provide coaching and guidance on safety practices

• Deliver site orientations and toolbox talks

• Assist with incident investigations and report findings

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of field safety experience

• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety

• Knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations

• Experience with COR-certified safety management systems

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
