Key Responsibilities:

• Review contract documents to define the scope of work

• Prepare detailed takeoff quantities using Autodesk QTO

• Calculate costs using the B2W estimating system

• Manage supplier and subcontractor proposals

• Coach junior team members for optimal performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in estimating and project management

• Strong knowledge of civil projects and earthwork

• Proficiency in Autodesk and estimating software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Accredited degree or equivalent experience
