This critical Senior Estimator role involves full-cycle estimating and supporting pre-construction planning. With 8+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, you will analyze drawings, develop pricing strategies, and ensure effective procurement. Your expertise in foundations and ground improvement will be pivotal in delivering competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead estimating for complex tenders and projects

• Analyze specifications, identifying risks and opportunities

• Develop pricing strategies and competitive estimates

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing

• Mentor junior estimators and collaborate with teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years in piling, marine, or heavy civil estimating

• Strong technical knowledge in foundations

• Proven experience with lump-sum and negotiated bids
