Lead major construction projects with Ellis Don as a Senior Construction Manager, focusing on multimillion-dollar projects and ensuring adherence to design and schedules. This role demands extensive supervisory experience as well as strategic planning skills.

Ellis Don seeks a construction expert to oversee one major project exceeding $300 million or multiple smaller projects. You’ll be responsible for the design, construction, and warranty handover processes. Strong leadership in planning, scheduling, procurement, and managing personnel on site will be at the forefront of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project performance meets all objectives

• Oversee design and construction phases effectively

• Develop and maintain essential project schedules

• Supervise company personnel for project activities

• Adhere to safety, client policies, and environmental standards

Requirements:

• 20+ years of supervisory or equivalent experience

• Degree or diploma in engineering or construction
