Lead Marine Construction Project Manager

Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd. (Van Pile) is recruiting a Lead Project Manager for marine construction projects. Emphasize your estimating skills to influence project success in British Columbia.

As the Project Manager, you will lead both preconstruction estimates and project execution. Collaborate closely with the Estimating Division to shape strategic pricing and risk strategies.

Your role is crucial in ensuring high-quality standards and project completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct core estimating and pricing strategy

• Implement robust risk assessments and construction methodologies

• Manage marine project delivery from initiation to completion

• Maintain strong financial visibility and project controls

• Engage with clients and develop new business opportunities

Requirements:

• 8+ years managing marine or heavy civil projects

• Civil or Geotechnical Engineering background

• Proven estimating and budgeting expertise

• AScT or P.Eng. eligibility in BC

• Valid driver’s license necessary
