Position: Estimator Role in Construction Sales
Location: West Vancouver

Become a pivotal Estimator in our construction sales team, concentrating on lead generation across North America. This role provides excellent growth potential while leveraging your skills in sales and construction.

We are in search of an enthusiastic candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience within the US or Canada. Your expertise in construction processes and ability to forge new relationships with trades and contractors will contribute to our expanding business efforts. The collaborative environment will enhance your skills and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads among contractors and trades

• Work with the estimating and project management members

• Contribute to implementing innovative sales strategies

• Engage with social media for marketing and lead generation

• Build strong communication channels with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required

• Familiarity with construction materials and processes beneficial

• Experience with digital take-off tools preferred

• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
