Position: Landscaping Construction Foreman Role
Lead outdoor construction projects as a Landscaping Construction Foreman.

Your role encompasses supervising teams, technical oversight, and ensuring project timelines are met in a physically demanding environment.

We are hiring a Landscaping Foreman with a minimum of 3 years of landscape construction experience. This position involves directing planting activities, organizing crews, and helping elevate property aesthetics. You'll also need a strong focus on safety and productivity while maintaining all work records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule a team of 3-4 people

• Organize the planting of trees and gardens

• Read blueprints and coordinate construction activities

• Schedule work events and maintain records for projects

• Repair and maintain all landscaping equipment

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on landscaping experience

• Experience with chain saw and small engine operation

• Excellent oral communication skills

• Valid driver's license for travel to job sites
