Superintendent Construction; OnsCon

Position: Superintendent Construction (OnsCon) Role
Drive project success as a Superintendent Construction (Ons Con) with McDermott. This position focuses on optimizing workforce performance and ensuring safety across projects.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive construction knowledge to address operational challenges and implement effective planning. Your responsibilities include overseeing teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining project quality. With substantial experience in industrial construction, your leadership will guide employees and subcontractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction operations within assigned areas

• Maintain compliance with project specifications and budget

• Lead and document site activities focusing on safety

• Mentor and train lower-tier supervisors

• Coordinate site access arrangements with subcontractors

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 7 to 10 years of construction experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory capacity

• Knowledge of MDR standards and safety protocols

• Strong planning and organizational skills
