Onsite Project Coordinator in Construction

Become an Onsite Project Coordinator and support essential construction projects across Canada. This role connects fieldwork with office operations, providing a pathway toward Project Management.

As a vital member of the team, you will assist the project manager and superintendent in ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site. Responsibilities include quality assurance, site inspections, materials coordination, and documentation management, alongside gaining exposure to Project Controls and Estimating roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor quality control and safety requirements

• Liaise with field subcontractors and assist inspectors

• Record daily activities and prepare reports

• Expedite materials alongside project management

• Maintain accurate project files and budgets

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Construction Coordination is preferred

• Must have valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Strong skills in time management and organization

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
