The position is designed for a proactive leader with significant field experience in modular and general construction. You will oversee civil, structural, and mechanical scopes while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This remote-based job involves operational management and communication with diverse teams across various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct field crews and subcontractors for optimal efficiency

• Execute hands-on construction tasks as needed

• Coordinate materials and logistics with the project team

• Complete material take-offs and manage documentation

• Address field issues and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of construction/trade experience

• Minimum 3 years as a foreman or lead-hand

• Strong knowledge of modular construction practices

• Capable of interpreting construction drawings and schedules

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driver abstract
