Construction Project Manager

Lead store development projects at Arc’teryx from site selection to completion as a Construction Project Manager. This hybrid role demands strong project management skills for timely, budget-compliant outcomes.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Construction PM and manage 10-15 projects annually. Your expertise in managing scope, schedules, and financials is essential for successful store openings. You will collaborate with real estate, design, and operations teams while nurturing key relationships with stakeholders to enhance project execution and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects from site identification to completion

• Provide project estimates and manage budgets and schedules

• Travel to job sites up to 30% for coordination with various parties

• Communicate project statuses to Senior Leadership

• Cultivate strong partnerships across functions for project success

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years project management experience in retail construction

• Ability to handle construction budgets and negotiations

• Proficiency in related software tools

• Willingness to travel for project needs
