We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Site Lead to oversee daily site operations and help deliver these outstanding projects from excavation through completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily site operations and coordinate trades, schedules, and material deliveries.
  • Perform carpentry and assist with construction activities as required.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
  • Monitor quality, progress, and workmanship throughout construction.
  • Work closely with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Review drawings and resolve construction issues proactively.
  • Assist with material prep, site logistics, and project planning.
  • Identify change orders and communicate project updates.
Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of residential construction experience.
  • 5+ years leading custom home projects.
  • Strong carpentry background with a toolbelt-on approach.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of the BC Building Code and municipal inspections.
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades.
  • Valid BC Driver's Licence.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • $45.00–$50.00/hour, based on experience
  • North Vancouver and surrounding North Shore communities
  • Reliable transportation required
