Site Superintendent

Position: Site Superintendent at Coastal Mountain Excavations
Join Coastal Mountain Excavations as a Site Superintendent, leading construction projects with a focus on safety and quality management. Utilize your 5-10 years of civil or excavation experience to ensure project success.

As a vital member of CME, you will assume the on-site representative role and oversee all aspects of site operations. This position calls for strong leadership, organization, and direct communication with engineers and owners. Your expertise will enhance project efficiency, meet deadlines, and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct construction activities on site

• Plan and execute projects from start to finish

• Maintain communication with Project Manager and VP Construction

• Organize all site paperwork and logs daily

• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of materials

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in civil/excavation projects

• Valid Class 5 BC Drivers’ Licence

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving skills with time management

• Knowledge of construction standards and codes
