In this senior leadership role, you will manage complex tenders and engage with project teams to ensure timely bid submissions. Your responsibilities include evaluating risks, coordinating pricing, and delivering high-quality estimates for marine infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex tenders ensuring accurate and timely submissions

• Analyze tender documents for risks and opportunities

• Prepare detailed risk assessments with contingency strategies

• Coordinate and review subcontractor and supplier quotations

• Mentor junior estimators and track project outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 8+ years in marine or heavy civil estimating

• Proficiency in Heavy Bid, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project

• Strong knowledge of marine works and piling systems

• Effective communication skills and leadership capability
