Beyond Landscaping prioritizes excellence, and we’re looking for a foreman with 2+ years of landscape construction experience to lead our crew. You’ll be responsible for running job sites from start to finish, training apprentices, and ensuring site safety while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from layout to cleanup

• Lead a crew of 2 to 5, directing daily tasks

• Serve as the on-site customer contact for queries

• Ensure jobs stay on budget and schedule

• Conduct daily safety checks and hazard assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years landscape construction experience

• Proven leadership in crew management

• Valid BC driver’s license and towing proficiency

• Strong skills in hardscape, concrete, and carpentry

• Ability to interpret plans for daily tasks
