We’re looking for a Front Desk Customer Care Coordinator who enjoys a busy day, stays organized when things move quickly, and takes pride in creating a polished client experience.

The RoleThis is a high-energy front desk position
. You are the first person clients interact with and the one who helps keep the clinic running smoothly.
You will:
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
- Welcome clients as they arrive and guide them through check-in
- Manage a busy appointment schedule and adjust when things change
- Process payments and ensure billing details are accurate
- Keep the front desk organized and running efficiently
- Naturally warm and polished You enjoy working with people and make clients feel comfortable right away.
- Highly organized You’re detail-oriented and like keeping systems running smoothly.
- Calm under pressure You can handle phones, clients arriving, and schedule changes without getting flustered.
- Comfortable with technology Strong computer skills are essential. Experience using Mac systems is helpful.
- Healthcare experience Experience in a health or clinic environment is a strong asset.
Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
. No evenings or weekends.
Salary $45,000 per year.
