Sunrise Senior Living provides resident-centered care while supporting team member growth across Canada. As a Concierge, you create the first impression of Sunrise—welcoming residents, families, and visitors while ensuring a warm, safe, and organized community experience.

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks

You serve as the face of the community—ensuring every interaction reflects Sunrise’s hospitality and service standards.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Pay Range: 20.25 - 24.65

This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards. Terms and conditions of employment will be outlined in the employment agreement.
