Position: U-Haul Customer Service Representative

In this customer-facing position, you will join a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service at U-Haul. You will assist customers both indoors and outdoors at the U-Haul center, manage rentals with smartphone-based technology, and perform equipment inspections. On-the-job training and certifications, such as for forklift operation, add to your skills while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and services

• Manage rentals using U-Scan technology

• Clean and inspect rental equipment on-site

• Prepare invoices and process equipment returns

• Drive and position trucks and trailers as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a good record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift equipment weighing at least 50 lbs

• Willingness to participate in continuous training

• No nicotine use as per company policy
