Key Responsibilities:

• Answer guest inquiries about products and services

• Process sales of season passes, tickets, and rentals

• Perform duties at the Rentals Desk and other guest areas

• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality service

• Communicate effectively with guests and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest service or sales

• Positive attitude towards diverse clientele

• Strong computing and communication skills

• Ability to learn new systems quickly
