Early Childhood Teacher ECE- Infant​/Toddler

MyBaby Daycare has been serving North Vancouver families since 2016, providing licensed child care for infants and toddlers aged 0-36 months. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, we offer a safe and nurturing environment with a 1:4 educator-to-child ratio. Our development-focused curriculum emphasizes outdoor discovery and sensory learning. As participants in the CCFRI program, we are committed to supporting working families with affordable and quality care.

This is a full-time, on-site Early Childhood Teacher Infant Toddler (ECE) role located in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The teacher will focus on providing high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers. Key responsibilities include fostering a safe and engaging learning environment, developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, observing and documenting developmental milestones, and working collaboratively with families to support each child’s growth and well-being.

• Proven skills in Early Childhood Education and Child Development
• Experience and passion for Teaching and Working with Children
• Expertise in Curriculum Development, with a focus on sensory learning and outdoor discovery
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and team members
• ECE Infant-Toddler certification (license to practice in British Columbia required)
• First Aid/CPR certification and clear criminal record check
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach is an asset
