Infant & Toddler Educator
Saplings Outdoor Program – West Vancouver | Full-Time | Starting March 30, 2026
Saplings Outdoor Program is potentially opening a new licensed childcare centre in West Vancouver serving up to 100 children across Infant & Toddler, Preschool, and Before and After School Care programs.
We are seeking nurturing, experienced educators to join our Infant and Toddler program (0–36 months).
While our new centre will have an indoor base, Saplings remains deeply committed to outdoor learning. Even our youngest children experience fresh air, natural environments, and sensory exploration in nearby parks and green spaces. Educators must feel confident and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining safe and developmentally appropriate practice.
