Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming community for all climbers

• Ensure participant supervision throughout sessions

• Teach vital technical climbing skills effectively

• Address climbing safety and risk management

Requirements:

• 1 year of instructional experience desired

• Valid First Aid Certification required

• Clean criminal record check necessary

• Preferred Climbing Gym Instructor certification

• Strong passion for climbing and teaching
