This managerial role, directed by the Community Services Administrator, involves implementing and coordinating various educational programs. The Education Programs Manager needs to build respectful relationships with students, families, and educational partners. This position emphasizes advocacy and the integration of cultural identities in learning pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage education programs for Tsleil-Waututh students

• Liaise with education partners to provide support services

• Facilitate individualized education and career guidance

• Organize events and initiatives for educational growth

• Track program outcomes and maintain funding reports

Requirements:

• Two years of relevant experience in educational settings

• Preferred education in Education, Social Work, or Indigenous Studies

• Knowledge of Indigenous student advocacy

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Valid Driver’s License needed
