ELearning Designer - Miller Thomson

In this role, you'll design engaging and streamlined eLearning courses that meet organizational objectives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will create effective learning materials using your expertise in adult learning principles. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging eLearning content and microlearning assets

• Work with project teams to address challenges

• Document processes for future projects

• Publish and manage content in the LMS

• Monitor and recommend learning technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Adult Learning or related field

• Minimum 3 years in eLearning design

• Bilingualism in French and English

• Familiarity with video production and Learning Management Systems

• Strong technical skills and a passion for learning
